Booking a place.....
Check there are spaces available by checking the
main listing on the courses page. We
do regularly update the space availability. If you would
email or phone to check availability of the course

If using the paypal buttons on this website, you do not need to
complete a booking form.
Confirmation of Booking......
Paypal automatically tells us that you have made a
booking and we will confirm your place usually by
email. PayPal asks for your email address and phone
number during the payment process.
If you prefer to
pay by cheque, cash or Bank Transfer (BACS) (see below)

When we have received your booking form with the
relevant deposit we will confirm your place on the
course by email (preferred) or post.
are simply £20 per day per person.
So if you book a total of 3 days of courses, a total deposit
of £60 is payable.
The deposit forms part of the full course fee.

Cancellation of booking with more than 4
In the event that you no longer wish to do
the course booked the deposit is transferable to another
course as long as you notify us 4 weeks or more prior to
commencement of the course. In certain circumstances we may
refund your deposit.
Cancellation of booking with less than 4 weeks
Notification of cancellation within the 4 weeks prior to the
course start date will result in the forfeiting of your
deposit. If the course in question was full prior to your
cancellation you will be required to pay the full
outstanding course fee unless we are able to fill your
Failure to attend.....
If you simply forget to attend the
course, and the course in question is full and we have
stopped taking bookings, you will be required to pay the full
outstanding course fee. If you are ill please let us know as
soon as you realise you will be unable to attend the course so that we
can offer your place to someone else. However, if we cant
fill your place you may be charged the outstanding
course fee, particularly if the course was full and we
had stopped taking bookings. If the course in question
was not full then you will simply forfeit your deposit and
you will not be required to pay the outstanding fee
If we cancel a course.....
In the event that we should
cancel a course you will be offered a place on an
alternative course, or if preferred a full reimbursement
will be made of any monies paid.
Gift vouchers are not
re-fundable but are transferable to another person or
another course and are valid for 18 months from the date of
