Lunch.....
We provide a homemade vegetarian soup with bread roll
for lunch on all courses except the hedgelaying and
coppicing courses. We try and use as much local
and organic ingredients as possible.
Family Craft Days - To be sure your childs
tastes are catered for please bring a packed lunch for
both of you.
Hedgelaying and Coppicing Courses
- Please bring a packed lunch if you are coming on a
hedgelaying or coppicing course as these are not based
at our yard. We still provide refreshments though -
see below for details. Refreshments.....
We supply a range of teas (builders, redbush,
herbal), coffee and biscuits to keep you topped up
through the day.
You also get to tuck in to one of Kelda's delicious
homemade cakes with afternoon tea! Water.....
We supply freshly collected Malvern spring water for
general drinking. There is a standpipe nearby for
additional water supplies. Special dietary requirements.....
We can cater for most dietary needs as long as we know
well in advance. All the food is vegetarian (this
makes it simpler) but we can easily cater for vegans
and most food intolerances. In some very specialist
cases we may ask you to bring some provisions with
you.
Please
email us now with
your special dietary needs clearly stating the course
you are attending.
Pubs.....
There is a local pub (The Royal Oak) in Leigh Sinton
within easy walking distance which also serves good
pub food every evening if you are staying overnight. Evening cooking facilities.....
You are welcome to use the basic facilities in our
covered kitchen area during the evening to
cook your own meals. Cooking is done on a log burner
stove with a hot plate on the top. There is enough
space for 2 pans. A kettle is provided but please
bring all other kitchen equipment you need. We are off
grid so please bring lanterns or torches.
